On this page you will find the most frequent questions we are asked regarding orders, shipping, returns and refunds.

Do I have to register to place an order?
Not necessarily. You can log in quickly, so only with your email, or you can register on the site. With the last method you have the option to save your shipping address, so you won't have to enter it next time.
How can I pay?
The accepted payment methods are:
  • Credit cards
  • Postepay
  • Paypal
  • Satispay
  • Klarna (payment in installments)
  • Cash on delivery (cost €4)
How long after will I receive my order?
Shipping on Bullosetti is fast:
  • FREE standard delivery above €38.90: you will receive your order in 2-3 working days, after receiving order confirmation. For orders of less than €38.90 the shipping cost is €5.
NB: for personalized items it will take longer: from 5 to 10 working days.
Can I make a return?
Absolutely. However, you can request it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Find out more by clicking here.
What happens if the courier delivers when I'm not at home?
The courier will usually attempt to deliver the package twice. If you don't find anyone at home twice, you will leave the package in storage. You will then have to go and collect the package at the nearest storage point that will be communicated to you.
I'm undecided between 2 sizes: which one to choose?

Our advice is to always take the largest size.
