Shipping and deliveries
For the entire Italian territory, shipping is FREE above €34.90 (the cash on delivery service costs €4).
For orders worth less than €34.90, the shipping cost is €5.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once the order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours (this is on working days, if the order arrives after 6pm on Friday it will be processed on Monday morning).
Subsequently the package will be entrusted to one of our couriers:
- GLS
- DHL
- Italian post
- SDA
Shipping is tracked and fast: the package will be delivered to you within 72 working hours.
We recommend that you contact us by email or via the contact form only after 4 working days have passed from the moment you made the purchase, in case you have not yet received your package.
In the days before the holidays, deliveries may be delayed.
